I want refund ..I want my money

I am under debt review and Debtbusters are assisting me, now Fasta and consumer friend deducted my money while they are negotiating with debtbusters I need my refund.Bad service from this Fasta loans and their consumer friend will never recommend a friend never I want my money

Thank you for responses.

Please note as per email we would like to re-iterate the activity with respect to your matter.

We advise our office was notified of your debt review application on 11 March 2025 in terms of Form 17.1 received.
A Certificate of balance was issued to the debt counsellor by 12 March 2025 reflecting details of the account balance etc.
We confirm Form 17.2b declaring you over indebted had been received and updated on our system by 19 March 2025, at which point the debit order cancellation request was sent to head office.
Kindly be advised as per head office feedback debit orders have been cancelled however the debit order for the current month will remain in effect in relation to the timeframe of debt review documents received.

We confirm the March Payment cannot be refunded in this regard .
Your response and dispute to our email has been noted and the matter has been escalated to head office for further review.
Kindly note feedback will be reverted once received.
