I JUST WANT A SETTLEMENT LETTER PLEASE !!!!!
all i want is a settlement letter to pay off my account but I'm being given the run around

We refer to your complaint and confirm that both your Truworths and Capfin accounts were terminated from the debt review process already in 2017 and has not been administered with Consumer Friend since.
Our offices are not able to supply you with settlement letters in this regard, but we will assist you in referring to the creditor directly to advise which agencies they have since handed your accounts over to in order for you to liaise with these agencies going forward.
