How can it be so difficult to settle my debt?

<p>So i have been trying my level hardest to get some sort of response from this "company". They do not answer their phones (i waited almost 30 minutes with no answer and i have tried phoning 4 times)and they do not respond to their mails. </p> <p> </p> <p>All i want is my amount so i can settle up and pay. What steps must i take? </p>
