Horrible
I urgently need assistance with updating my credit report. I have paid up my Jet account 19.09.2024 and now my Credit report states that I am in arrears. I have a paid up letter from Consumer Friend however, they have still not updated my crdit report. I need this sorted ut urgently!!!!

We advise credit bureau updates are done by the Credit Provider.
In terms of our process, we require 'Form 19 - Clearance Certificate" to enable credit bureau escalation.
