Frustrating service, not easy to get hold of them. debts paid in full but struggling to get paid up letter

<p>Its been 3 months since I settled my Capfin account. I've been calling, sending emails to request a paid up letter. I haven't received anything until today. My credit score is on standstill and because of this I can't get clearance from the debt review company that was helping me with paying off my accounts.</p>
