Frustrated

Hi, I was under debt review which I totally regret due to my consultants not being helpful enough. I phoned up my creditors wanting to make arrangements to pay my debt off myself but then I was referred to Consumer Friend. I've been phoning everyday for the past two weeks and no one is picking up their phone. I sent an email and it was automated. I seriously dont know what to do because this I dont have money to phone a Durban number everyday.
