I am currently under debt review. My PDA has paid over my monthly payments to Consumer Friend in relation to my debt to Virgin Money. I recently requested a settlement from Virgin Money. After closer inspection it was found that almost R10,000 that was paid over to Consumer Friend was never paid over to Virgin Money. After several attempts I still don't have any response from Consumer Friend. This is a serious offence and I will report the matter to the NCR if it is not resolved within 7 days.
