Disappointing service
Very disappointing that we have a paid up letter and confirmation on email that the letter is valid and not owing (more than once, since we paying for a service but we gotta do the follow ups) but according to NDC and consumer friend they are refusing to accept and close this account... who is really taking this money for their own benefits ? 🤔 Ridiculous that we keep given turnaround times. Many bad reviews out here, these companies need to be re assessed.
