Deterring finalisation of debt counselling

Please assist me with Feedback re the settlement amount outstanding on my account.<br> I have asked for the settlement amount and was told that it is in the region of R40k, however I know it is R20k.<br> I have requested many times via email as I have not got a contact number for Nokwazi to find out what the correct amount is.<br> PLEASE this is affecting the entire process of my debt counselling as this is the last account I have and now I am not able to settle because I am not getting any response from Consumer Friend.<br> Can anyone please just let me have any form of feedback PLEASE??
