Defaulted three months after paying up account

I paid up my jet account while I was on debt review but I was still defaulted saying I owe money after I received a clearance certificate and a paid up letter from consumer friend.. Please rectify this as the account is paid up

We trust you are doing well and we acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

Our system indicates that the Jet account has been marked paid up already in September 2021 and we also in receipt of a Clearance Certificate received for your profile.  The request to arrange for a credit bureau update would have been sent to the creditor to arrange for the same once we received the clearance certificate.

If the Credit Bureau's have not yet updated the information, our team will check with the creditor and revert or liaise with you offline to help you with this issue.

Good day.. I just want inform you it still reflects on my credit report as am adverse listing and that I still owe jet money
