Dealing with a bunch of ***********s
What a bunch of ***********s.. these people don't seem to understand their work.. no sense of customer service whatsoever. Shame to those companies that continue to give business to these people who behave like they run a ****a shop. One has to call several times just to move an inch.. each time I call I am given a different story & lies are not uncommon.
These people were sent a clearance certificate on 20 April 2018.. spoke to them a week ago they denied ever receiving same; meaning for weeks they sat on their bums & never processed the clearances that needed to be effected on their system.. guess who is inconvenienced by all this ***** up?? Me!! Accounts are paid yet these retards don't remove the defaults at credit bureau.. they issue paid up letters but for some clever reason don't update credit profile.. i am really ****ed off & believe that there are more competent businesses out there who should be doing this not U!
