Credit profile impacted because of Consumer Friend

Because of this company, my credit profile has been negatively impacted. They have not updated the creditor with the paid up letter for my Edgars account. I have spent hundreds of rands and allot of time going between then and Edgars but this has not been resolved. I have escalated this but no one has done anything. I will know engage with a law firm to see how I can resolve this.
