Credit history removed

I just got off Debt review which was such a long process to finally see a credit score of 641, however creditors were contacting me saying I am still showing as someone who is under debt review. I was asked to contact consumer friend, which I did on 27 September. I was told I will be assisted within 3 to 5 working days, it is now 8 working days and I have not been assisted, my credit score is also showing 0 now. I was in the process of getting pre-approved for a bond and that has all been put on hold because of this. I just want my name cleared and a credit score to work on, that's all!!!
