I recently received a message from Consumerfriend " Consumerfriend, Good Day , Please be advised that according to our records , you have a refund due on your account, which was under debt review. Kindly forward a copy of your ID and recent bank statement/bank confirmation letter to process a refund. Kindly ignore if documents were sent. Email: *** or call *** for more information." I emailed them and got no response, I don't know what exactly it for , I had no idea I was under debt review . Can someone confirm if it's a legit email address, please ?
