Consumer Friend still no feedback

<p>I have been trying to get my settllement letter for my woolworths account.I have been sending emails to Ashelene from consumer friend till today nothing has been done.On my credit report both my woolworths and foschini accounts are not being updated and it looks like I have not been paying my accounts.I have a dispute lodged and transunion requires those letters from my credit providers.</p>
