Consumer Friend refuse to update my clearance after completing my debt review process

In 2016 I joined debt busters in order to get my debt sorted out, this is a debt review company. I had a 2 year plan in order to get my debt settled, in the beginning of the process CONSUMER FRIEND sent me a letter stating that my husbands foschini account will not be under debt review for some reason I didnt question it I just thought its fine the debt review is for all my accounts and not his anyway. I did however decide to take his capitec loan account and handle that under debt review as well I took it as okay lets do him this favour. So in May I settle my last account my foschini account that is and debt busters issue me with a clearance certificate for all the accounts that were under debt review. Yet consumer friend cannot update my debt review status because of my husbands account which they did not want to have under the debt review umbrella in the first place. Debt busters have explained to consumer friend that the account was never under debt review in the first place so how can they hold back on giving me my clearance. Consumer friend want to stifle and hold people back from becoming financially free they want to gain on all the fees they can so innocent people have to suffer. My husband cannot pay his foschini account because for these 2 years consumer friend who have mentioned in a letter that they have not had this account under debt review failed to return the account to the credit provider his interest rate has more than doubled and the account balance has doubled now we are in the situation where we have all our accounts settled under debt review but cannot get clearance because of an account that was not under debt review and he cannot pay it because it has inflated so much and the only way we can negotiate payment arrangements is with foschini but consumer friend do not want to let us out of this debt review situation in order to do this. This is *******! How do you live with yourselves? Ive read all the reviews about people who have been under debt review for years and consumer friend will not give them their freedom but God will deal with those who are guilty.
