Consumer Friend - Pathetic Service

<p>My husband and I have settled all our Debt, were proud of ourselves because we are finally DEBT FREE.</p> <p>When we app**** for our home loan, we were declined, because even after we queried the flag on my husband's account, they reasured us that it will be removed 14 - 21 working days. That was said in an email MAY MONTH THIS YEAR!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So even if your account is settled, and you have obtained a Paid Up letter, it wont help or change the situation, because Consumer Friend has to Communicate with the Credit Bureau to remove the default....and to get them do do that is the problem.</p> <p>We have called, emailed...yet STILL WAITING!!!</p>
