Consumer Friend NOT so friendly!

Harsh reality is I was amongst the thousands of South Africans that had to turn to debt review. My last payment went through in March 2023. More than a year later, I am still listed with the credit beaura. After countless emails just in the past week, I have sent the requested paid up letter as well as a clearance certificate, they asked for my ID number (if they even just looked at my documents they'd have picked it up there) I phoned consumer friend this afternoon as my patience was already wearing thin. I was told that the documents had been received and that they had been sent to the relevant department. I was also told that it could take up to 30 working days for this process which actually annoyed me. I now have to wait another 30 days due to their unprofessional service! But nevertheless I trusted what I had been told and calmed myself down. I have now just received another email requesting a clearance certificate which I have already done!!! I actually can't even contain myself anymore and have sadly never dealt with such incompetence. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
