Consumer friend not indicating payments made
I am under debt counselling and my Mr Price account is being dealt with through consumer friend. Yesterday while viewing my score and missed payments on Clearscore, i noticed that my Mr Price account is showing a lot of missed payments, but i have proof that it is definitely being paid every month. Why is Consumer Friend not updating my payments on the credit burau?

We refer to your complaint and advise that Consumer Friend acts on behalf of MRP in terms of all debt review accounts, however Consumer Friend is not the actual credit provider.
The credit provider, MRP is the only party in itself who may direct requests to a Registered Credit Bureau to update information in terms of any of their MRP accounts.
In terms of Clearscore, we advise that this is not a registered credit bureau in itself, while it does give you access to the data that Experian holds, the actual main Credit Bureau in this regard would be Experian.
In order for us to assist you in resolving your matter, we will need for you to supply us with a copy of the actual credit bureau report from the Main Credit Bureau Experian, in order for us to investigate the report and communicate with our client MRP for resolution.
We will be communicating with you offline as well to determine how we can assist further.
