Consumer Friend is really a terrible debt collect with no business ethics

Hellopeter, kindly assist me with consumer friend. I lodged a complain on this platform about Debt Busters and Consumer friends. Debt busters responded and they needed to follow-up with consumer friends to acknowledge that I have indeed settled the Edgards account. Consumer friends also responded indicating that they will attend to the matter. I have just received a message from Debt Busters Lauren Damon that Consumer Friend has not responded to her emails to date. Consumer Friend is failing to resolve my matter despite making a commitment on this platform. I am really frustrated because I have a dent on my name for a debt that I have paid and Consumer Friend is acting the same way they have been for the past two years.
