Consumer Friend blocking my life to move forward.

Its been more than a month trying to get consumer friend to clear my name and remove the debt review flag onmy name, I sent everything they needed including clearance certificates and paid up letters but they have not removed the flag on my name with Edcon. Everytime I send them emails no one will respond until I call them and each time am TOLD TO WAIT 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR THEM TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL. Today I called them as usual to make sure my name is cleared but to be told that there are still investigating a refund on my account , which I did not request for, All I want is to get them to remove the debt review block on my name, I do not want the refund, I just want my life back.
