Consumer Friend and Truworths, please stop bouncing me around!

Been 8 months now since I paid up my Truworths account through Consumer Friend (the appointed debt collector), but I am still waiting for my name to be cleared. I have called Consumer friends countless times and they said the hold-up is on Truworth's side. I have initiated contact with Truworths and they said I must contact Consumer Friend! I just keep being bounced around with no real help. I beg, please process my payment so my name can be cleared, it's been 8 months now. This is not funny anymore and I cannot keep calling over and over to be told the same thing with no real results. What is the problem? Or is it the fact that I paid up my account way too quickly?? This is frustrating honestly!
