Consumer Friend and Debt Busters collecting money for a debt that is already paid

In 2021 I was offered a settlement discount by MBD Attorneys for Edgards account. When I went in under debt review, the amount was showing as still owed under consumer friends. I sent a proof of payment to debt busters who are handling my debt review and I told them to stop distributing money to this company since I don't owe Edgards anymore. They failed to comply even though I sent them proof of payment together with a settlement letter from MBD. I have been battling with consumer friends and debt busters regarding this matter since 2022 and no assistance is provided. Edgards through RCS has confirmed that account is paid up. I contacted consumer friends again this year around June and sent them proof of payment and settlement letter, this was around June and they said they will investigate and till to date no resolution has been provided on this matter. I've since instructed debt busters since I gave them POP and Settlement letter to stop distributing money to consumer friends and they failed to comply and still continue to deduct. I've even sent them email to cancel the whole debt review process since they are failing me but they refuse. I am now held under debt review without my concern. I want Debt busters and consumer friend to repay money they have been collecting from me since 2022 for a debt that is settled. I even coped MBD in emails to confirm this matter.
