Can't Get hold of anyone

Good day, I have been trying to contact Consumer Friend on ********** 151 I get through to reception and from there just music. I have tried on more then five occasions but battle to speak to anyone who can assist me with my two outstanding accounts. Response will be appreciated as soon as possible.
