Bad service and attitude from Consumer Friend

I went under debt review in 2016 with zero debt which I've been paying my monthly installment every month a couple of weeks ago I received a from a lady from zero debt name Noxolo on the email it shows four of my account Joshua Doore account, Foschini, Capfin ,RCS loan where handed over to collections companies which now show that debt review is now terminated a Company called Consumer friend distributes payment for zero debt ,When I inquired with Noxolo she explained to that all payment were paid on a monthly based which is true as she send me proof of payments.Which shows that payment where made successfully every month,Now the problem is this company called Consumer Friend when I called their called center they were not willing to assist at all I spoke to this guy with like american accent not helpfully at all. rude has no answer for questions that I asked him, I explained to him that zero debt send proof of payments to date to show that payments were made monthly did not want to listen and he put me on hold for 18 minutes did not come back to assist me as he did that on purpose. all this accounts should be paid up by now.
