Bad service

I'm sick and tired of this company they don't answer their calls and they don't care about the consumers. I need help on where to report them and for the company using them to stop using this kind of companies. Since the previous year I've been calling them and they don't answer. Even their switchboard operator Christine promises lies telling you she is transferring you to the relevant department but if your patient like myself since I've been calling them I waited and waited for more than 30 minutes until they answered. I've been patient holding for more than those minutes because I want my creditors paid and I cannot pay without them giving me the reference.<br> <br> I'm always ****ed when ever I call them they don't answer and their switchboard operator she is so stupid because she doesn't let them know that they make people hold for long. Even their consultants will still make you hold for long whiles they still assisting you their not competent at all. The balances they give are wrong until you let them know the balance you have on the statement the creditor sent.
