ASSISTANCE NEEDED!

<p>Good afternoon</p> <p> </p> <p>I was under debt review which included my Sanlam Personal Loan. I have been rescinded and my court order has been forwarded to all the relevant role players. A credit record was obtained which indicated this personal loan has been in arrears (my ex-husband app**** for debt review and this account was not paid). I have phoned and eventually emailed consumer friend requesting a monthly payment solution, yet the response was that this account is under debt review. I know this and this is exatly why I queried and phoned in the first place. I need to start making payments. Unfortunately no-one seems to be willing to assist me and this has now reflected negatively on my credit report. By being rescinded and wanting to pay off this last remaining account my attempts have been fruitless. Please could someone assist me urgently, I need my credit record to be amended and payment arrangements to be made.</p>
