ANGRY PERSON

I signed up with consumer friend on 2021 to get my debt cleared, The fix, game, capfin was cleared and paid up letters received I have one account left sportcene with a balance of 4k I made contact with consumer friend to have the debt review flagged removed due to not being over indebted in more, I got the rin around saying that it can't be removed as not all accounts are paid up. I stop paying the last account so that it can be terminated from debt review so I can have the debt review removed from my name even after paying g off everything and only having a balance of 4k they still don't want to remove my debt review my last account is terminated and they no longer responsibly for it yet they still don't want to remove my debt review many calls and emails my debt councellor can never be found I am looking at seeking legal actions and providing proof of everything so far because according to the law the debt review process can be removed if you no longer indebted which I am not.
