Accounts

I am so disappointed in that I did have two accounts that was with them ,were one account is paid infull and do have a paid upletter,but it show that I am in a minus at that account with R-456 don't know what that means and they can't even reply to that email.The another account that are still with them I pay off and I did also send how many emails to ask how much do I still own and want to know if I will pay the attorneys to get a paid up letter after I am done with the account but with no luck no feedback did I get back and it more than 2 month almost,so disappointed in that, but when you own them they are so quick to send you an email.
