According to my credit report my creditors are not being paid by Consumer Friend

My account are being paid to Consumer Friend via my debt review company. However they do not update my credit report all my account are paid up to date, but according to my credit report some of my accounts are 120+ days in arrears. I am going to report Consumer Friend to the National Credit Regulator.
