A real consumer friend

The majority of their clients are often under difficult financial circumstances, however, they do not take advantage of this vulnerability like most companies in their sector do. They answer the phone, they are polite, empathetic, and patient on the line. They consistently reply to written queries. They keep their promises, and their turnaround time is minimal (relatively). If they can't help you, or your query is not for them, they don't just ignore you and leave you helpless, they inform you on who can deal with your issue. I have never experienced client service like this anywhere.
