Kindly note that Consumer Friend is not able to register you under debt review as this can only be done via a registered debt counsellor.
We confirm that our system indicates that you app**** for debt review with registered debt counsellor, NDA (National Debt Advisors) on 12.06.2019 as per the Form 17.1 debt review application we received from their offices at the time.
Our offices will be sending you a copy of the Form 17.1 debt review application we have since received from the debt counsellor on your behalf, which includes the debt counsellors contact details in order for you to query the matter directly with their offices.

There's email that was send by compliance team leader from NDA on the 13/11/2020 at 09:03 which he copied consumerfriend. The message in the attached email stand in this way:THIS NOTICE SERVES TO NOTIFY YOU THAT: The consumer has withdrawn from the debt review process prior to issuance of firm 17.2 and credit bureaus have been updated accordingly via the NCR debt help system.
As NDA removed my name, you have to do the same. I am waiting for your confirmation latter if cancelling.

The above is noted and our teams confirm that they have received the Form 17.w notice on 13.11.2020, that you have now withdrawn from the debt review process prior to issuance of the Form 17.2. We do however confirm that this notice is only sent to us a year and 5 months later, after the debt review application was sent to us on 12.06.2019.
At this point, none of the accounts that were with us for debt review are still active as both the MRP and the TFG accounts were terminated in November and December 2019 due to not receiving regular payments.
The MRP and the TFG accounts are no longer administered with Consumer Friend as they were removed from us and returned back to the creditors who would have handed the accounts over to other agencies thereafter.
Although we no longer handle the two accounts, we will assist you by reaching out to the creditors on your behalf to establish which agencies now handle your accounts in order for you to forward your Form 17.w exit document to these agencies and for you to communicate with the creditors thereafter in resolving your matter.
Kind Regards

NDA, confirmed that I withdrawn from their debt review.
You explain that my accounts are not active with you consumerfriend, but the current record tells that I'm under debt review with consumerfriend.
What I'm asking is my name to be removed and I get the confirmation of withdrawal as NDA did.

Your initial complaint on 16 November 2020 was that Consumer Friend registered you under debt review without your knowledge. We responded in terms of this allegation, advising that you did apply for the process with NDA as you confirmed above.
Our offices do not dispute the fact that we received the Form 17.1 application from the DC's offices on 12.06.2019. In fact we acknowledge that we received the same and responded accordingly with the required COB's to the DC's offices on 16.06.2019 which was within the 5 day turnaround time for COB's to be issued out.
In response to our COB issued to your DC's offices within 5 days, the DC was supposed to use this information to determine whether you are eligible for debt review within 10 days of receiving the COB and respond to each creditor with the outcome accordingly. The outcome being a Form 17.2 (a) or (b) or (c).
The determination that you are not eligible for debt review was made a year and 5 months after you app****. As advised, at this point we have terminated the accounts already in terms of Section 86.10 of the NCA because no payments were coming in. The accounts were returned back to the creditors in 2019 already as a termination exit.
You may now contact the creditors directly and liaise with them to assist you with your request. We have already corresponded with them on your behalf of which we have copied you as well.
Kind Regards
