Worst customer service ever!!!

We requested a quotation from this company and it took 4 weeks for them to come and do the quote. When they finally came it took 4 days before we got the quote. We then accepted the quote and made the requested payment immediately. The next day the technician came to our house and explained that he mis understood what we wanted. We have an existing wifi provider and wanted to add an extra provider in order to have 2 seperate routers. They then told us that there will be an extra cost of R5500. The technician and the sales lady told us that the amount can be paid off monthly on a rental. The rude manager Stefan then refused that it be done like that. We requested a refund on our money on friday. They still have not refunded us and the told us that we can wait until Thursday for our money. They are rude and speaks without respect to their customers. I will warn every person I know about their terrible service.
