Irritated!!

I purchased a Connex slim book. Within 6 months it was broken. I returned it to the shop I purchased it from and it came back with scratches and what I sent it in for was not fixed. It had to be sent in again. It is absolute *******! As a student I cannot afford to be without a laptop. Especially during the time of a pandemic where everything is online. It really isn't worth the buy.
