My laptop was showing it's age, with the battery good for about 10-15 minutes and most of the keys on the keyboard had lost their identity. So, I contacted Connex Technology for help. They were able to assist with both items. I went to their office in Midrand and was able to pick up my new equipment. Such helpful staff! The lady at reception asked me to please try the battery in the laptop to ensure that it is the correct one and that it had a reasonable charge, which I did. I will be happy to recommend anyone who need to refresh their laptop to contact them. They have a range of batteries, screens, keyboards and other components for laptops. Their service is excellent and they will answer an email to request help on the same day (as long as you send during business hours). Anyway, my laptop looks great with a readable keyboard and a battery that will last for at least 4 hours.
