BEYOND IRRITATED

Hi there. So I’ve had my connex slim line for 6 months. In the 2nd month it crashed , please note I have not loaded any software on it at all. I was forced to buy an external. None of the original softwares work or have loaded. The screen may be off but still plays video from my bing search engine.

I then googled your head office and I was told to go back to the original place where I bought so that they could do the same thing I wanted. Which is to bring it to the head office... I’m upset as I wanted to support a South African product but in the end being treated like I’m being done a favor... I honestly just want to get rid of the damn laptop and get myself another brand... I’ve wasted my money and my time trusting this product and the service I received was just horrible...
