Bad after sales

I'm not happy , I am having a problem I bought a laptop from ackermans connect. It gave me problem within 3 month( no dent, nothing,not even charging- just went blank) the laptop just stop working. Okey, so the store had it booked in for repairs. It's been two months now and I'm being told that the parts for the laptop are being ordered overseas. Firstly the laptop wasn't suppose to be booked for repairs in the first place , because according to CPA within 6 months , I should be getting a replacement should an appliance give me a problem as a customer. However that's not the point, my concern is . The repairs are talking to long , it's been two month now ,two months!
