Poor customer service and support
Connections Kings are quick to sign you up but very clueless on customer service and support. their offices are not even open on a saturday like other ISP's for support. their consultants give incorrect information regarding your connection. They really need to up their game really.

25 Jul 2020, 16:23Hi Mpho, Terribly sorry for your experience thus far. We are, in fact, not an ISP but rather a business that helps provide customers with information on the best packages out there based on your needs. We are merely the middleman between the customer and the ISP.

25 Jul 2020, 16:23Thus, everything after the initial sale is out of our control and we cannot give support as the ISPs actions are out of our hands. You would need to take up any service and support issues directly with the ISP.
