Harassments by staff
I was not happy with what they offered and told them I would look elsewhere. Now the consultant I dealt with keeps phoning and emailing, supposedly wanting to assist. What part of "I am not interested" is unclear???

In no way did I ask to be contacted after that date. I suggest that you check your staff's emails, not just phone calls.
