Worst Service I've Never Even Got the Chance to Try - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So, where to start with my little odyssey with this fibre wifi provider in Cape Town.

1. They run the worst customer service (hardly qualifies as support, really) I've ever experienced. Hardly ever picking up their phone during regular working hours and replying to emails?... Haha that must be very hard, maybe there's no wifi where they work because I only heard back from them once. And it was hardly a pleasant exchange. Alex, my lovely correspondent, was rather annoyed at the fact of having to provide some sort of justification for the lack of response and action. I know, I know, who am I to ask for a reply to my email or for wifi at my place? Silly Sofia.

2. On their website they brag about there All-Star "Fast Turn Around - if we already operate in your building, it can take as little as 2 days!" Oh, my. I was thrilled, so excited imagining the endless possibilities of having fibre wifi at my place in less than a week. Then I met Alex. It was quite a blow. I'm still recovering from it. Writing this is part of my rehab. Anyway, this to say, it has been ONE MONTH. Yes, that's right. A full 4 weeks have gone by and I'm still dreaming about the days I was naive enough to think one could have wifi at their flat in less than a week. Silly Sofia.

3. Today I sent them my last email. Asking for a reply, for some kind of action, "Is there anybody in there?" I said. Nope, nada de nada. I suspect Ryan and Alex are too busy playing cards or checkers or whatever people were doing before there was THE INTERNET. Boring stuff. Like me now. Completely lost without my fast internet at home, having to resort to playing stupid cards to keep my mind of-of the fact that there are stupid, dumb disrespectful people running businesses and making money whilst I sit here, feeling sorry for myself. Stupid, silly me.
