Very high latency (ping)

Poor default latency on the fibre line of around 22ms ping which is extremely bad for gaming, unlike the usual low 2ms offered by other service providers I've been with before. It's unfortunate that my building body corporate only allows connected space at my new complex else I would've left long ago. Their agents are only trained on download & upload speeds but understands nothing regarding latency. Not to mention they are unreachable after 10pm which is when I need internet the most.
