Unreliable connection and disappointing service

The Connected Space offering is terribly disappointing. 1. The connection is disrupted every time it rains. This is because they have failed multiple times to properly seal their switch boxes and therefore water damage is a recurring issue. 2. They have bad customer service. They offer no explanations or apologies for disruptions which occur frequently. They dont give updates about fixes unless prodded and they do not engage meaningfully when asked for long term solutions to the issue mentioned above. Be prepared to fork out hundreds of rands for data to supplement the intermittent connection you will receive from this company - who will not refund you for down time or reimburse you for the additional costs you incur.

I find the above issues truly unprofessional, unreliable and disappointing for a consumer facing business. Connected Space you need to do better!
