The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

The customer service, particularly their support (Alex), is one of the worst, most unreasonable and antagonistic services I have ever dealt with. Alex is abbrasive and blames the customer 100% for any fault, despite the fact that other people with the same service (in the same apartment block) have similar issues - yet it is my fault and they accept no blame. They disconnected me through a fault of their own and then they try hit me with reconnection fees?! On a separate occassion they even had the audacity to change my wifi password without letting me know. How does that work?

Worse yet, when they came to do the install, they damaged my property (ripped paint off the wall). I let them know and sent them photos as proof. I thought it would be an easy fix? Nope... Despite 5 (FIVE!) emails over a month period they have still failed to even acknowledge the issue, let alone try fix it.

Honestly, the internet connection is just fine. Videos (facebook and youtube) are obviously throttled because they are slow to load (even on a 50Mbps line), but the speeds are good. I have spoken to Ryan (I think he is the owner) and he has been pleasant to deal with.

To Ryan: I know you guys are a small and growing tech company. Mistakes happen. People are not unreasonable so long as you let them know and try make a plan to resolve the issue. However, ignoring the problem and then treating customers badly will not win you clients. While your service is tech orientated, and yes the speeds are important, your customer service is arguably more important - that is what will make people sing your praises.
