The worst customer experience of my life!

This company has provided me with the worst customer experience I have ever had in all my life. The poor service experience is cascaded all the way from the top. I know this as I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a Director in the business who goes by the name Alex. She shouted at me and in fact I had to ask her if she could calm down and call me back when she was calmer. Her response was classic and etched in my memory - "No I cant call you back because I am going on Holiday!". In short nobody could give me a straight answer as to why I was disconnected from my service. The terms and conditions change without consultation or even communication, you only find out when you call in. I would go into the details but I doubt Connected Spaces cares enough to respond and I dont want to continue any relationship with them. An extremely poor experience, I warn anybody looking to use their services to think twice!
