Terrible service

Connected Space supposedly provides wireless internet in certain areas in Cape Town. Their selling point is no line is needed and they can hook you up within a week. <br> We have now been waiting over a month since they installed their modem. <br> I can understand that a new company will have teething problems but the worst of it is when you call to enquire you get faced with their front girl - Alex, who instead of professionalism and apologies as one would expect she gets ruder and more snotty with each call. <br> I just called again after yet another promised deadline was missed to get shouted at and told not to call there again and they will call me when they get it up and running. <br> It's been 1 month already. How much longer should one wait. <br> For a new business I would expect them to be a little more focused on client relations instead of getting screamed at and spoken to in such a disgusting way by what sounds like a child.<br> <br> It is a tempting service due to its low prices but in the end you get the service (or lack of service) that you pay for. <br> <br> All of this before our agreement is even in place. <br> I would definitely suggest against this company.
