One cloud in the sky means buffering

I must say that their service fee per month is quite cheap, for uncapped. But I guess it comes with a lot of patience and buffering. One cloud in the sky then it means no internet.

I’m done with this cause it causes a lot of frustration in my home. I would rather pay more for no interruptions.
