Long waiting time for internet set up

Connected Space was, unfortunately, the only service provider to my building. As such, I had to wait 2 weeks for them to install my modem. However, I still did not have an internet connection after they installed it on the 23rd because they had not transferred the building over to fibre. I called every day to ask when the internet would be up and running; every day I was told that I would have internet access the following day. I was then told on the 25th that I would only have internet service a week after the installation date. Some truly shocking service delivery and communication from Connected Space.
