With most things, we're bound to experience glitches from time to time. This has happened with Connected space. What sets them apart is how they've responded. They have been consistently helpful in trying to solve problems and finding solutions that work for all parties. Great customer service on all fronts from billing issues to technical faults. They always respond to messages on whatsapp and the technicians who came by (Eddie, Steven and Devan) have been very helpful.
