Cut me off when they owe me money

So let me get this straight, I double pay for September 2017 (manual payment and first debit order), I have debit orders go off on my bank account for October and November 2017 but I owe you 2 months fees? Either you have the ****pest accounting system in the world or you're trying to take more money from me without providing an initial adequate service. Now I have been cut off from my internet without so much as a warning email because I am supposedly outstanding on my fees. Kindly get your house in order or I will be taking my business elsewhere. Utterly disgusting business practices you are running.
