Consistent Poor service

I am an existing client of Connected Space and I contacted them to come out.It’s been hard work from day 1 and Shaakira tries hard but she is the reason it’s not a 1 star.The installation was done poorly and despite me following up multiple times and it been weeks, no one in management at Connected Space wants to take ownership.I keep getting told they will get back to me but nothing.If they do not take it seriously they will be kicked out of my building which they do not care about.
